| چکیده | ||
| بهکارگیری منابع طبیعی بهویژه انرژی برای رفاه اقتصادی ضروری است، با این حال، مصرف فزاینده این منابع موجب نگرانیهای توسعه پایدار شده است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی پویایی جداسازی رشد اقتصادی، مصرف انرژی و دیاکسیدکربن در ایران طی دوره زمانی 2020-2000 با استفاده از روش تاپیو[1] (2005) و رویکرد تحلیل عاملی با تمرکز بر سه سطح از مصرف انرژی (اولیه، نهایی و مفید) است. براساس نتایج تحقیق حاضر، نخست، رشد اقتصادی ایران طی دوره زمانی مورد بررسی اغلب با جداسازیهای منفی (در هر سه سطح انرژی) همراه شده است. این جداسازی منفی در انرژی مفید و انرژی نهایی نسبت به انرژی اولیه قویتر ظاهر شده است. با تجزیه مصرف انرژی، جداسازی منفی در مؤلفه های مختلف انرژی نیز تأیید شده است. دوم، جداسازی ضعیف بین مصرف انرژی و آلودگی (انتشار CO2) که طی دوره مورد بررسی و در سطوح مختلف انرژی تأیید شده است، شدت جداسازی منفی انرژی از آلودگی در سطوح پایینتر انرژی قویتر بوده است. سوم، جداسازی رشد اقتصادی و آلودگی شباهت زیادی به جداسازی رشد اقتصادی و مصرف انرژی دارد. به نظر میرسد عدم کارایی در مصرف انرژی، عدم دسترسی به تکنولوژیهای نوین و نبود ساختارهای مناسب که میتواند ناشی از نداشتن راهبرد مشخص در توسعه پایدار باشد، موجب جداسازی منفی انرژی، آلودگی و رشد اقتصادی شده است. توصیه اصلی این پژوهش، اولویتگذاری روی کارایی انرژی در سطوح مختلف انرژی همراه با سرمایه گذاری در زیرساخت و فناوری انرژی است.
