اولویت‌بندی عوامل زیربنایی چابک‌سازی زنجیره تأمین در صنعت گردشگری شهر اصفهان

چکیده
در محیط پویای کنونی زنجیره‌های تأمین گردشگری باید چابک باشند، یعنی باید در موقعیتی باشند که بتوانند به‌سرعت به نیازهای مشتری پاسخ دهند. ازاین‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف اولویت‌بندی عوامل زیربنایی چابک‌سازی زنجیره تأمین در صنعت گردشگری شهر اصفهان انجام شد. بدین منظور ابتدا با بررسی ادبیات موضوع و انتخاب 43 مقاله مرتبط، 6 عامل فناوری اطلاعات، منابع انسانی، عوامل اجتماعی، انعطاف‌پذیری، حساسیت و پاسخگویی به بازار و شایستگی به‌عنوان عوامل چابک‌سازی زنجیره تأمین گردشگری انتخاب شد. آنگاه با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل اولویت‌بندی و نمودار علی عوامل به دست آمد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان صنعت گردشگری در شهر اصفهان می باشند که به روش نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی و به شیوه گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. در مجموع 34 پرسش‌نامه تکنیک دیمتل جمع‌آوری شد که بر اساس نتایج آن عوامل شایستگی، اجتماعی، منابع انسانی، فن آوری اطلاعات، انعطاف‌پذیری و حساسیت و پاسخ‌گویی به بازار اولویت‌های اول تا ششم را به دست آوردند.
