| چکیده | ||
| هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش واسطهای تنظیم هیجان در رابطه با طردشدگی از سوی والدین و درد ذهنی در افراد مبتلا به جرح خویشتن میباشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی به شیوه معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل نوجوانان دختر و پسر مبتلا به جرح خویشتن شهرستان رباطکریم و اسلامشهر تهران در تابستان سال 1398 بود که حجم نمونه 204 نفر، بصورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس سیاهه کارکردهای خودجرحی کلونسکی و گلن (ISAS)، پرسشنامه خودآسیبرسانی سانسون و همکاران (SHI)، مقیاس دشواری تنظیم هیجانی گراتز و روئمر (DERS)، پرسشنامه پذیرش- طرد والدینی روهنر (PARQ)، مقیاس درد ذهنی اورباخ و میکولینسر (OMMP) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها به روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار ایموس 24 انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از یافتهها نشان داد مدل مفهومی پژوهش که در آن فرض شده بود طردشدگی از سوی والدین و درد ذهنی و تنظیم هیجان، رفتارهای جرحخویشتن را پیشبینی میکنند، با دادههای گردآوری شده برازش دارد. طرد والدینی به واسطه تنظیم هیجان بر جرح خویشتن (148/0=β، 050/0=P) نقش غیرمستقیم داشت. طرد از سوی والدین بعنوان بیش آمادگی که در کودکی شکل میگیرد موجب متوسل شدن فرد به راهبردهای تنظیمهیجانی ناسازگارانه در پاسخ به درد ذهنی که از طرد والدین نشأت میگیرد، میشود که در نهایت رفتارهای جرحخویشتن را بعنوان راهبردهای رفتاری موجب میشود. | ||
