| چکیده | ||
| در سالهای اخیر نگرانیهای زیستمحیطی متعددی به دلیل پیشرفت و توسعه سریع اقتصادی مطرح شده است. شرکتها و دولتهای مختلف اهمیت پایداری زیستمحیطی را برای توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی درک کردهاند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی نقش مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در رابطه بین تعهد سبز مدیران ارشد، سرمایه فکری سبز و رفتار دوستدار محیطزیست کارکنان هتلهای یزد است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و با روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام شده که دادههای آن از 101 نفر از کارکنان هتلهای استان یزد (از نمونه اولیه 160 نفری) با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس جمعآوری و با مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدهاند. یافتهها نشان داد که هم تعهد سبز مدیران ارشد و هم سرمایه فکری سبز تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز داشتهاند، و این متغیر میانجی نیز به نوبه خود بر رفتار دوستدار محیط زیست کارکنان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته است. | ||
