چکیده
افزایش حجم پسماندهای صنعتی و فشارهای زیستمحیطی ناشی از محصولات غیرقابلتجزیه، ضرورت بازطراحی زنجیرههای تأمین در چارچوب اقتصاد چرخشی را برجسته ساخته است. فرشهای پلیاستر بهعنوان یکی از محصولات پرمصرف با چرخه عمر کوتاه، سهم قابلتوجهی در این چالش ایفا میکنند. در این پژوهش، یک مدل برنامهریزی خطی عدد صحیح مختلط برای طراحی و بهینهسازی زنجیره تأمین حلقه بسته در صنعت فرش پلیاستر ایران ارائه شده است. در مدل پیشنهادی، جریانهای مستقیم و معکوس بهصورت یکپارچه در سطوح تأمین مواد اولیه، تولید، توزیع، جمعآوری محصولات مستعمل، نوسازی و بازیافت در نظر گرفته شدهاند. اهداف مدل شامل کمینهسازی هزینههای کل شبکه و ارتقای عملکرد زیستمحیطی از طریق استفاده از مواد دوستدار محیطزیست و فناوریهای پاک است. بهمنظور حل مسئله چندهدفه، از رویکردهای برنامهریزی فازی و برنامهریزی آرمانی استفاده شده است. اعتبارسنجی مدل از طریق یک مطالعه موردی در صنعت فرش ایران با داده های واقعی انجامگرفته است.نتایج نشان میدهد که رویکرد برنامهریزی فازی نسبت به سایر روشها عملکرد زیستمحیطی بهمراتب بهتری ارائه میدهد؛ بهطوریکه مقدار شاخص زیستمحیطی در این روش برابر با 259658 است که در مقایسه با مقدار 54437 در روش برنامهریزی آرمانی، بهبود قابلتوجهی را نشان میدهد. با این حال، این بهبود طبیعتا با افزایش هزینههای کل شبکه همراه است. در کل مدل پیشنهادی، توازن مناسبی بین هزینههای کل شبکه و اهداف زیستمحیطی ایجاد میکند.
