| چکیده | ||
| کتابخانهها همواره متناسب با تغییرات نیازهای اطلاعاتی کاربران، منابع، امکانات و خدمات خود را توسعه دادهاند و نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای نیز بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین ابزارهای این تحول، نقشی اساسی در تکامل خدمات کتابخانهای ایفا کردهاند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی سیر تحول و تکامل نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای و تبیین چشمانداز آینده آنها انجام شد. این پژوهش با رویکرد تاریخی و به روش مرور روایتی و شواهد پژوهشی انجام شد و مطالعات داخلی و خارجی منتشرشده از دهه 1950 میلادی تاکنون موردبررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. همچنین نمونههای شاخص نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای بهمنظور تبیین روند تحول و ویژگیهای آنها مطالعه شدند. یافتهها نشان دادند که نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای از سامانههای اولیه خودکارسازی و مدیریت دادههای کتابشناختی به سامانههای یکپارچه، نرمافزارهای مبتنی بر وب و سامانههای تعاملی تکامل یافتهاند و در نسل جدید به سمت پلتفرمهای خدمات کتابخانهای با قابلیت ارتباط و تعامل میان ذینفعان مختلف حرکت کردهاند. همچنین بررسی نرمافزارهای نسل جدید ازجمله دبلیو. ام. اس، آلما، فولیو، بلوکلاود، سییرا، اوپناسکایس و فولت، ویژگیها و ظرفیتهای این رویکرد نوین را آشکار ساخت. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که شناخت روند تاریخی تحول نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای میتواند در سیاستگذاری و برنامهریزی آینده کتابخانهها مؤثر باشد و توسعه نسل جدید خدمات کتابخانهای بر پایه فناوریهای پلتفرمی و ویژگیهایی همچون قابلیت سازگاری، پیچیدگی، آزمایشپذیری، مشاهدهپذیری و مزیت نسبی شکل خواهد گرفت. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد میشود شرکتهای توسعهدهنده نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای در ایران، قابلیتهای محصولات خود را با ویژگیهای نرمافزارهای نسل جدید تطبیق داده و مسیر تحول خدمات کتابخانهای را با مشارکت ذینفعان مختلف دنبال کنند. | ||
