| Abstract | ||
| In the last two decades, the FDI entry mode has been in the form of Joint ventures because for host government, mother company and domestic company has benefits such as: improvement in the indexes of macro_ economy, Reducing risk & expenditure and the assimilation of knowledge & technology. The scholars like Blonigen ( 1996) assume two folding the government support for J.V.s, Bring about six folding the volume of FOI. Iranian managers of these companies also have evaluated such a support as necessary and effective for their Success. The results of this paper clarifies that the government can furnish the motives for enduring the domestic investment and increasing the quality & quantity of FDI by increasing the Sociocultural fitness & educational fitness and giving different kinds of supports formulated in the research hypotheses. | ||
