اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر نشانههای افسردگی، اضطراب و نشخوار ذهنی در افراد بزرگسال با اختلالهای طیف درخودماندگی | ||

| چکیده مقدمه: اختلالهای افسردگی، اضطراب و نشخوار ذهنی از مهمترین آسیبهای روانشناختی در افراد با اختلالهای طیف درخودماندگی هستند. لذا این تحقیق با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر کاهش نشانههای افسردگی، اضطراب و نشخوار ذهنی انجام شده است. روش: 41 نفر فرد بزرگسال با اختلالهای طیف درخودماندگی در سنین 15 تا 26 سال که به روش نمونه در دسترس در دو گروه آزمایش (20 نفر) و گروه کنترل (21 نفر) گمارده شدند. به گروه آزمایش یک پروتکل درمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی اصلاح شده تیزدل و همکاران (1995) به مدت 9 هفته آموزش داده شد ولی به گروه کنترل آموزش داده نشد. نتایج: تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش T گروههای مستقل، مجذور کای و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری نشان دادند که میزان اختلالهای افسردگی، اضطراب و نشخوار فکری در گروه آزمایش کاهش یافت. همچنین در گروه آزمایش افزایش عاطفهی مثبت مشاهده شد ولی در گروه کنترل مشاهده نشد. درمان مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی در بهبود اختلالهای افسردگی، اضطراب و نشخوار ذهنی افراد بزرگسال با اختلالهای طیف درخودماندگی مؤثر است. | ||
