خودجرحی بدونخودکشی در نوجوانان بزهکار و نوجوانان با سابقه بدرفتاری دوران کودکی: انگیزهها و احتمال خودکشی | ||

| چکیده | ||
| هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی شیوهها و انگیزههای خودجرحی بدون خودکشی و تعیین ارتباط خودجرحی بدون خودکشی با احتمال خودکشی در نوجوانان بزهکار و نوجوانان با سابقه بدرفتاری دوران کودکی. به این منظور تعداد 238 نوجوان به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکتکنندگان به فهرست رفتارهای خودجرحی بدون خودکشی، سیاهه کارکردهای خودجرحی و مقیاس احتمال خودکشی پاسخ دادند. در 51 درصد از کل دو گروه 31 نفر از گروه بزهکار و 83 نفر از گروه با سابقه بدرفتاری دوران کودکی، سابقه یکی از انواع رفتارهای خودجرحی بدون خودکشی به روشهای بریدن، سوزاندن، کتک زدن خود، کوبیدن سر به دیوار و چنگ کشیدن وجود داشت. احتمال خودکشی در نوجوانان با سابقه خودجرحی بدون خودکشی بهطور معناداری بالاتر از گروه بدون سابقه این رفتار بود. تحلیل عاملی سیاهه کارکردهای خودجرحی، انگیزههای پذیرش گروهی، ابراز آشفتگی، ضدخودکشی، اثبات خود، تمایز خود از دیگران، ضد تجزیهای، تنظیم هیجانی و انتقام گرفتن را بهعنوان انگیزههای خودجرحی بدون خودکشی شناسایی کرد. انگیزههای تنظیم هیجانی، ابراز آشفتگی و پذیرش گروهی پیشبینیکننده احتمال خودکشی است. | ||
