| چکیده | ||
| به منظور بررسی جامعتر پیامدهای کاری شخصیت کارکنان توجه به نقش عوامل موقعیتی ضروری است. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیرگذاری شخصیت فوق فعال بر آوای کارکنان است که در این رابطه نقش تعدیلگر ویژگیهای شغل و ادراک از حمایت سازمانی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. روابط مذکور در این تحقیق با رویکردی توصیفی-پیمایشی در شرکت ارتباطات زیرساخت مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاند. دادههای تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامه جمعآوری گردیده و تحلیل روی آنها بر اساس فنون آمار استنباطی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS و AMOS صورت گرفته است. یافتههای تحقیق ضمن تایید تاثیرگذاری شخصیت فوق فعال بر آوای کارکنان نشان داد استنباط کارکنان از ویژگیهای شغل و نیز ادراک از حمایت سازمانی نقشی تعدیلکننده در رابطه مذکور ایفا میکنند به طوریکه با افزایش استنباط مثبت کارکنان از ویژگیهای شغل و حمایت سازمانی، تاثیرگذاری شخصیت فوق فعال بر آوای کارکنان نیز افزایش مییابد. ضمن اینکه نقش تعدیلکنندگی استنباط از ویژگیهای شغل بیشتر از نقش تعدیلکنندگی ادراک از حمایت سازمانی بود. | ||
