| چکیده | ||
| در یک دهه اخیر، پژوهشگران ایرانیِ حوزه جامعهشناسی و مدیریت، از نظریه زمینهای به شکل گستردهای در تحقیقات خود بهره گرفتهاند. با توجه به ویژگیهای خاص این روششناسی، مسأله اساسی تحقیق حاضر آن است که پژوهشهای جامعه-شناختی و مدیریتی مبتنی بر نظریه زمینهای از چه نقاط ضعف و قوّتی برخوردارند؟ جهت پاسخ به مسأله تحقیق، از فراروش و تکنیک مرورنظاممند بهره گرفته شد. جمعیتهای موردمطالعه شامل مجموعه مقالاتی است که در بازه زمانی 1395 تا 1397 در مجلات علمی-پژوهشی داخلی منتشر شدهاند که با توجه به تمرکز مسأله تحقیق بر نقد و بررسی روششناسی نظریه زمینهای مبتنی بر رویکرد استراوس و کوربین، در مرحله گزینش منابع 36 مقاله انتخاب و موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که تحقیقات مذکور در زمینه معیارهای «صورتمسأله تحقیق، تدوین سؤالات جزئی، جامعه موردمطالعه، تشریح مراحل تحلیل دادهها در بخش یافتهها، همزمانی گردآوری و تحلیل دادهها، تکنیک ساخت مقوله، تکنیک تشخیص ابعاد مقوله، تکنیک انتخاب عناوین، تکنیک انتخاب مقوله هسته، اعتباریابی، مقایسه با سایر نظریهها و حساسیت نظری» با مشکلات اساسی مواجه هستند. این مشکلات را میتوان در پنج دسته چالشهای تکنیکی، شکاف نظریه و روش، تحریف هدف، عدم معرفت کامل به مبانی نظریه زمینهای و چالش پارادایمی طبقهبندی کرد. | ||
