| چکیده | ||

| چکیده [العربیة] | ||
| For Elif Shafak, author, short story writer, essayist, speaker, specialist and activist in political science, the dimensions of autobiography are not limited to the confines of a life. As a representative of the society of authors, Shafak undertakes a rather plural quest to discover her physical, familial, social and historical 'self' which would be that of all authors or all women who are always constrained within the confines of patriarchal societies. But how could an author introduce fiction into autobiography? Shafak managed to realize it? Could the use of fiction and the transition from autobiography to autofiction help her to better discover herself and redefine other women, their limits and their status, without fear of being judged? This is the problem that this article will develop, based on four novels by Shafak, The Bastard of Istanbul (2007), Black Milk (2009), Honor Crime (2013) and Three Daughters of Eve (2018). | ||
