| چکیده | ||
| کووید-19 باعث بحران بیسابقهای در تمام صنایع بهویژه صنعت هتلداری در سراسر جهان شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر عدم امنیت شغلی درک شده بر تمایل به ترک خدمت کارکنان هتل در دوران شیوع کووید-19 است. بهمنظور دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، دادههایی از 370 نفر از کارکنان هتلهای 4 و 5 ستاره در سطح شهر مشهد به روش در دسترس با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمعآوری شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردى، شیوه جمعآوری اطلاعات پیمایشى و به لحاظ بررسى روابط بین متغیرها، همبستگى با تأکید بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری است. نتایج آزمون فرضیهها با بهکارگیری نرمافزارهای SPSS وSmart PLS 3.0 حاکى از آن است که عدم امنیت شغلی درک شده تأثیر مثبتی بر تمایل به ترک خدمت کارکنان دارد. درعینحال، عدم امنیت شغلی درک شده منجر به کاهش تعلقخاطر و درهم بافتگی کارکنان با شغل میشود. همچنین، تعلقخاطر شغلی منجر به کاهش ترک خدمت کارکنان میشود. درنهایت، نتایج نشان داد که درهم بافتگی شغلی تأثیری بر تمایل به ترک خدمت ندارد. | ||
