| چکیده | ||
| رسانهی اجتماعی به عنوان یکی از تحولات پدید آمده در عرصهی فناوری اطلاعات، توانسته توجه بسیاری را در بخش دولتی به خود معطوف نماید. دراین راستا دولتها بایستی تمهیدات لازم را جهت بهرهمندی از فناوری مذکور فراهم نمایند تا بتوانند خدماتی متناسب با نیازمندیهای عصر حاضر ارائه نمایند. ؛ که در این بین پاندمی کووید19 و لزوم ارائه ی خدمات غیرحضوری بر اهمیت استفاده از رسانه اجتماعی در بخش دولتی افزوده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائهی مدل بلوغ خدمات دولتی در بستر رسانههای اجتماعی(دولت الکترونیک2.0) در کشورهای درحال توسعه انجام شده است. برایناساس با استفاده از روش تحقیق آمیخته سعی شد تا ابعاد مختلف مدل مذکورشناسایی شود. در فاز کیفی پژوهش، از بررسی کتابخانهای و مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته و روش تحلیل تماتیک استفاده شد. در فاز کمی نیز از پرسشنامه محققساخته ، آزمون تی تک نمونه ای و کای- دو، بهره برده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که ابعاد مدل بلوغ دولت الکترونیک 2.0 شامل فازهای ابتدایی(فعالیت شفاف سازی اطلاعات)، مدیریت شده(فعالیت خلق و مدیریت دانش)،تعریف شده(مشارکت و همکاری)، به صورت کمی مدیریت شده(عملیات واقعی خدمات رسانی و انجام تراکنش)و بهینه شده(هوشمندسازی ارائه ی خدمات) است. | ||
