| چکیده | ||
| صنعت پتروشیمی یکی از صنایع پیشرو در حوزه نفت و گاز کشور است که نقش به سزایی در تکمیل زنجیرههای خلق ارزش در این حوزه دارد. امروزه با توجه به این که توسعه پایدار و به تبع آن انطباق پایداری در مدیریت زنجیره تامین به یک مطالبه اجتماعی تبدیل شده، توسعه صنعت پتروشیمی در کشور و رسوخ در بازارهای جهانی مستلزم انطباق رویکردهای توسعه پایدار در این صنعت است. هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی، ارزیابی و تحلیل توانمندسازهایی است که دستیابی به اهداف توسعه پایدار در زنجیره تامین پتروشیمی را تسهیل میکند. به منظور دستیابی به هدف تحقیق، ابتدا مبتنی بر روش فراترکیب مطالعات پیشین در حوزه مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار بررسی و عوامل و مولفههای اصلی توانمندساز مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار شناسایی شد. سپس با استفاده از روش تئوری گراف و رویکرد ماتریس (GTMA) توانمندسازهای مدیریت زنجیره تامین تحلیل و اولویتبندی شد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق توانمندسازهای مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار در صنعت پتروشیمی به مولفههای مربوط به مدیریت شرکتها، مدیریت زنجیره تامین، استمرار و تداوم زنجیره تامین، ویژگیهای زنجیره تامین، شراکت در زنجیره تامین و کارکنان دستهبندی شد که مولفههای مربوط به استمرار و تداوم زنجیره تامین در اولویتهای اول برنامهریزی در صنعت پتروشیمی به منظور دستیابی به پایداری قرار گرفت. | ||
