چکیده | ||
چکیده هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی پیش بینی اختلالات شخصیت بر اساس غفلت و بهره کشی عاطفی در کودکی با میانجیگری خشم در افراد با فشار خون بوده است که از حیث روش نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود.جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه افراد مبتلا به فشار خون مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های پزشکی منطقه14.15.16تهران بودند که تعداد300 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه ضربه های کودکی برنستاین و همکاران(1995)، آزمون بالینی چند محوری میلون(1994) و پرسشنامه خشم اسپیلبرگر(1999) بوده است. دادهها با استفاده از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS و AMOS تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد همبستگی معناداری بین متغیرهای غفلت و بهره کشی و اختلالات شخصیت با ضریب مسیر 422/. و (p=0/000) و اختلالات شخصیت و خشم با ضریب مسیر754/. و (p=0/000) وجود دارد. الگوی مدلیابی تحلیل مسیر نشاندهنده نقش میانجیگری خشم بین اختلالات شخصیت و غفلت و بهره کشی عاطفی بود و تأثیر غفلت و بهرهکشی عاطفی بر خشم دارای ضریب 602/. و (p=0/000)و تأثیر خشم بر اختلالات شخصیت دارای اثر مستقیم 754/. و (p=0/000) و تأثیر کل غیر مستقیم آن 895/. بوده است که در مقایسه با تأثیر مستقیم 422/. بهرهکشی عاطفی و غفلت در اختلالات شخصیت به مراتب بیشتر و معنادار می باشد. | ||
