چکیده | ||
کرونا ویروس 2019 (کووید-19) به عنوان بزرگترین تهدید سلامت عمومی افراد در سال 2020، دوسالی است که مردم جهان را دچار مشکلات فراوانی کرده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه معنویت، تابآوری و خود شفقتورزی در دانشجویان با سطوح بالا و پایین اضطراب کووید-19 انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع علی-مقایسهای است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشکده ادبیات و علوم انسانی دانشگاه گیلان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 تشکیل دادند. شرکتکنندگان به روش در دسترس از هر گروه 135 دانشجوی با سطوح بالای اضطراب کووید-19 و 135 دانشجوی با سطوح پایین اضطراب کووید-19 انتخاب شدند. دانشجویان با استفاده از پرسشنامه اضطراب کووید-19 ویتن و همکاران (2012)، معنویت پارسیان و دونینگ (2009)، تابآوری کانر و داویدسون (2003) و خود شفقتورزی نف (2003) مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. تحلیل دادهها نیز با بهرهگیری از روش تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره توسط نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 24، انجام شد. یافتههای حاصل از اجرای تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره نشان داد که بین دانشجویان با و بدون اضطراب کووید-19 از نظر معنویت، تابآوری و خودشفقت ورزی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد؛ به طوری که میانگین نمرات معنویت، تابآوری و خودشفقت ورزی در دانشجویان با اضطراب کووید-19 در مقایسه با دانشجویان بدون اضطراب کووید-19 به شکل معناداری کمتر است (001/0>P). بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، دانشجویان دارای سطوح بالای اضطراب کووید-19 کمتر از معنویت و تابآوری برخوردار هستند که این خود موجب تشدید علائم در افراد میشود. از طرفی دیگر، مشخص گردید قضاوت در مورد خود، احساس انزوا و بیش همانندسازی در افراد دارای اضطراب کووید-19 بالا است؛ به همین دلیل لازم است روانشناسان و مشاوران در این زمینهها توجه بیشتری داشته باشند تا از شدت غیرعادی اضطراب-19 در دانشجویان کاسته شود. | ||
