| چکیده | ||
| بهرهگیری از الگوهای موفق ارزش کار در فرهنگهای گوناگون که با فرهنگ خودی انطباق دارند، باعث ارتقای سازمانها میگردند. انتخاب سازمانهای مردمنهاد به دلیل پویایی آنها و محلۀ هرندی به دلیل اهمیت و پرچالش بودن آن صورت گرفت. تطبیق یافتههای میدانی که با روشهای مشاهده، مصاحبۀ عمیق و نیمهساختاریافته و نیز گروههای کانونی بهدستآمده بودند با ارزشهای کار که بهصورت اسنادی بهدستآمده بودند نشانگر وجود ارزشهای کار عمومی همچون فردگرایی همراه با برخی ویژگیهای جمعگرایانه، خودمداری و نیز رقابت است. از طرفی با مقایسۀ ارزشهای کار این سازمانها با الگوهای سهگانۀ بینافرهنگی شامل الگوی شرقی، الگوی اسکاندیناوی و آمریکایی برخی ویژگیها همچون نبود قراردادهای دقیق و کار گروهی، فاصلۀ قدرت بالا، اهمیت داشتن ارشدیت، نبود معیارهای شایستگی، تأکید کمتر بر یادگیری و حافظۀ سازمانی و وجود همیاریهای مقطعی، ساختارسلسلهمراتبی خشک، تأکید کمتر بر رفاه، ناتوانی در پیوند ارزشهای سنتی و جدید، عدم پذیرش برنامههای بلندمدت، نبود سیستم یکپارچۀ ملی و نیز احساس بیعدالتی از نوع صاحب حق بودن دیده شدند. شکلگیری سیستم مدیریت یکپارچه که بتواند ضمن افزایش اشتراکات، منافع فردی سازمانها را نیز تأمین نماید ضروری به نظر میرسد. | ||
