| چکیده | ||
| امروزه، ارائه خدمات با ظهور فناوریهای جدید و ظهور کسبوکارهای آنلاین، متحول شده است. هدف کسبوکارهای آنلاین و استارتاپ ها، ارائه خدمات آنلاین با صرفهجویی در وقت و هزینه مشتریان است. یکی از حوزههایی که در آن، ارائه خدمات آنلاین به رفع نیاز گروههای مختلفی از جامعه منجر میشود، مواد غذایی تند مصرف است. ازآنجاکه نرخ مصرف و فسادپذیری مواد غذایی تند مصرف بالا است، مدیریت مناسب و بهبود عملکرد در سطوح مختلف زنجیره تأمین از ضرورت بالایی برخوردار است. اجرای مدیریت دانش، فاکتور اصلی هماهنگی و بهبود عملکرد زنجیره تأمین برای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی است. موانع گوناگونی وجود دارند که به شکست اجرای مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین منجر میشوند؛ بنابراین، شناسایی موانع و راهکارهای رفع موانع اجرای مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین این استارتاپ ها، ضروری است؛ ازاینرو، هدف این تحقیق، شناسایی و اولویتبندی راهکارهای رفع موانع اجرای مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین استارتاپ های مواد غذایی تند مصرف است. چارچوب مورداستفاده در این تحقیق، شامل استفاده از روشهای تلفیقی دلفی فازی، سوآرا و آراس خاکستری است. بدین منظور، در مرحله اول، معیارهای شناساییشده با بهرهگیری از روش دلفی فازی، تعدیل و نهایی شدند. سپس، از روش سوآرا برای وزن دهی به معیارها و از روش آراس خاکستری برای رتبهبندی راهکارهای رفع موانع اجرای مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که راهکار هشتم (رهبری مثبت نسبت به تصویب مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین)، بهعنوان بهترین راهکار شناسایی شد. | ||
