| چکیده | ||
| در موارد متعددی طرحهای شهری در شهرها، بدون توجه به خواست ساکنان و زمینه و صرفاً در جهت کسب سود بیشتر مدنظر قرار میگیرند. در این میان، در شهر تهران در مواردی ساختوساز در جهت کسب سود تا آنجا پیش رفته که بسیاری از مجتمعهای تجاری با تغییر کاربری فضای سبز به این کاربری احداثشدهاند. در پژوهش پیشرو تلاش بر این است تا احداث مجتمع تجاری بهجای پارک و زمین بازی در نمونهای از محلات تهران (محلۀ آجودانیه) و شرایطی که برای ساکنان به وجود آمده را با بهرهگیری از دیدگاه شهروندان و با توجه به انگاره حق به شهر، موردسنجش قرار دهد. این پژوهش با بهرهگیری از روش تحلیل تماتیک قیاسی و تحلیل مصاحبههای عمیق (18 مصاحبه) بر آن است تا دیدگاه ساکنان را از منظر حقوق تضییع شدۀ آنها بررسی نماید. تمهای اصلی که خواست ساکنان با تکیۀ بر انگاره حق به شهر دستهبندی شدهاند، شامل حق به حرکت و دسترسی، حق به فضای عمومی، حق دسترسی به خدمات، حق دسترسی به فضای سبز، حق برخورداری از امنیت و حق مشارکت ساکنان در اداره امور محله خود میشوند. | ||
