چکیده
اهمیت رهبری از یکسو و کثرت نظریات در این حوزه از سوی‌دیگر، لزوم بازاندیشی و انجام تحقیقات در این خصوص را بیشتر می‌کند. هدف این پژوهش اکتشافی، شناسایی خلاءهای نظریات رهبری موجود، و ارائۀ فرانظریۀ جدیدی به منظور رفع این خلاءهاست. در این پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای از فرانظریه که یکی از روشهای پژوهش موثر جهت بازاندیشی در علم است، استفاده‌شده‌است. ما از الگوی MO، یا فرانظریۀ تاسیسی بهره‌گرفتیم. تکنیک جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، مطالعات سیستماتیک بوده، و روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، تحلیل محتوا می‌باشد. جامعۀ آماری، تمامی مقالاتی‌اند که به بررسی نظریات رهبری پرداخته‌اند. نمونه‌گیری به روش قضاوتی، تا اشباع نظری به عدد 200 مقاله رسید. ما در این پژوهش، ابتدا به دسته‌بندی نظریات رهبری مبتنی بر پاردایمهای پنجگانۀ علم پرداختیم و سپس خلاء-های تئوریک را شناسایی‌کردیم. براساس یافته‌های تحقیق، خلاءهای موجود در نظریات رهبری سازمان به هستی شناسی مادی حاکم بر آنها بازمی‌گردد و راه‌حل این خلاء‌ها تغییر دیدگاه به‌سمت فرانظریۀ وحدتگرا و شناخت انسان در ابعاد بالاتر وجود است. ما دیدگاه فرانظری خود را مبتنی بر نظریات وحدتگرای فیزیک ارائه‌کرده‌ایم، زیرا هستی‌شناسی وحدتگرا با تاکید بر کثرت ابعاد، و وحدت نیروها در هستی، حقیقت را چیزی فراتر از عالم ماده می‌داند و می‌تواند نظرات متکثر را زیر یک چتر جمع‌کند.
