| به دنبال مداخله نظامی ائتلاف بی نالمللی در سپتامبر 2001 در افغانستان و پس از انعقاد تواف قنامه بن در همین سال، تلا شهای صل حسازی با هدف ممانعت از وقوع مجدد جنگ داخلی و ایجاد بسترهای سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی لازم برای برقراری صلح پایدار در این کشور آغاز شد. باای نحال و پس از گذشت حدود 14 سال از انعقاد تواف ق نامۀ بن، فرایند صل حسازی در افغانستان کماکان با چال شهای عدید های مواجه است. در مقالۀ حاضر تلاش شده است به این دو سؤال پاسخ داده شود: فرایند صل حسازی در افغانست ان با چه مشکلات و مسائلی مواجه بوده و چگونه م یتوان بر آ نها غلبه کرد. یافت ههای تحقیق بیانگر آن است که این چال شهای فراروی صل حسازی دارای ماهیت امنیتی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی بوده و عمدتاً نشئت گرفته از تواف قنامۀ بن است. ب همنظور غلبه بر این چال ش ها لا زم است رهیاف ت های بی نالمللی در خصوص افغانستان بر اساس تجربیات به دست آمده در زمین ههای مختلف و نیز واقعیات موجود در این کشور باز تعریف شده و رهیافت جدیدی مبتنی بر رسیدگی به عوامل ریش های ایجاد کننده منازعه اتخاذ شود. در این رابطه، در مقاله حاضر چال ش های ف راروی صل حسازی در افغانستان تشریح شده و را هکارهای جدیدی که جهت غلبه بر این چال ش های ضروری است، ارائه شده است | ||
