چکیده
هنگامیکه گروه‌های ذینفع در مورد توسعه گردشگری، ادراکات و اهداف متفاوتی را دنبال نمایند، ممکن است بین ذینفعان، تعارض با زمینه های گوناگون ایجاد شود. لذا این مطالعه به بررسی مسئله تعارض در گردشگری میان ذینفعان، با بهره گیری از رویکرد روش شناسی ترکیبی، متاستنز و مدل تصمیم گیری چند معیاره پرداخته است. به این منظور با بهره گیری از روش متاستنز بر اساس تحلیل یافته های 37 مطالعه موجود، 30 پارامتر تعارض شناسایی و براساس نظر 15 نفر از متخصصان گردشگری، با بهره گیری از روش دلفی فازی، اولویت بندی شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد پارمترهای؛ ممانعت از توسعه فعالیت های گردشگری ناشی از وضع مقررات زیست ‌محیطی، توزیع ناعادلانه مزایای گردشگری و اختلاف نظر در اختصاص مشوق ها و امتیازات مالی به ذینفعان، مهم ترین زمینه های تعارض ذینفعان گردشگری است که مهم ترین علل بروز آن، تضاد منافع و نقض حقوق و منافع سایرین می باشد
