| چکیده | ||
| نظامهای سیاسی همواره خواستههایی را در قالب اسناد تحولی و دستورالعملهای اصلاحی برای تغییر و تبدیل بازدهیهای آموزشی به بازدهیهای اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی مطرح میکنند. در این پژوهش، الزامات نهادی-سیاسی را در سه بعد بررسی کردهایم: 1- شکلگیری، قانونگذاری و برنامهریزی؛ 2- اجرا؛ و 3- ارزیابی برنامههای مدون شده در نظامهای آموزشی منتخب. روش پژوهش کیفی و از نوع اسنادی و تطبیقی است. برای تحلیل دادهها از شیوه تحلیل تماتیک و الگوی تطبیقی جرج بردی استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که ساحت آموزش و پرورش و مسأله توسعه در آن، روابط پیچیدهای با نظام سیاسی دارد. شناخت نوع منافع بازیگران مؤثر درون و بیرون نظام آموزشی و شیوه کنشگری آنها در فهم و چگونگی توزیع کنترل در جامعه و مقایسه مسیر توسعهگرایی نهاد آموزش اهمیت دارد. سطح تحقق الزامات نهادی-سیاسی دولت در جامعه کره جنوبی بیشتر از سایرین است؛ چین توانسته است با اعمال برخی پویاییهای نهادی به توفیقاتی در این زمینه دست یابد؛ و تسهیلگری عناصر فرهنگی اسلامی در ترکیه موجب همگرایی بازیگران سیاسی و جلب مشارکت در این حوزه شده است. پیامد سختکیشی عناصر مذکور در مصر و چین، چالشهایی برای نظام آموزشی آنها به وجود آورده است. | ||
