| چکیده | ||
| قانون حمایت از مصرفکنندگان خودرو مصوب 1386/3/23سعی کرده است تا نظام حمایتی خاصی را برای مصرفکنندگان خودرو برقرار کند. در این مقاله ابعاد مختلف این قانون از جمله مبانی و قلمرو مسؤولیت مدنی عرضهکنندگان خودرو، مفهوم، ماهیت و مصادیق عیب خودرو، خسارات مادی و معنوی قابل جبران، اطلاعات و تبلیغات، فراخوان، دادرسی و برخی نکات دیگر مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان میدهد که قانون مذکوردر برآورده ساختن اهداف و انتظارات موجود توفیق کامل را نداشته است و حمایتهای صورت گرفته از مصرفکنندة خودرو در آن اندک و محدود به موارد خاص، از جمله حمایت در مدت ضمانت است و بسیاری از مسائل مهم دیگر مغفول مانده است | ||
