چکیده
در این پژوهش محققان دستاوردهای اصلی اپلیکیشن گیمیفایشده استراوا را با تأکید بر تئوری رفتار هدفمند بررسی کردند. لذا هدف تحقیق، تأثیر عناصر گیمیفیکیشن و تعامل اجتماعی بر مشارکت در فعالیتهای بدنی زنان کمتوان جسمی ایرانی بود. پژوهش حاضر از حیث ماهیت از دسته پژوهشهای توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری، کاربران زن کمتوان جسمی اپلیکیشن گیمیفای شده استراوا بودند که حداقل یک سال سابقه آشنایی و کار با اپلیکیشن استراوا را داشتند و بصورت فعال از این اپلیکیشن برای رهگیری میزان فعالیت بدنی خود در طول روز بهره میگرفتند. ابزار اندازهگیری شامل پرسشنامه تئوری رفتار هدفمند و دستاوردهای گیمیفیکیشنی و تعامل اجتماعی بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها و سنجش اثربخشی مستقیم و غیرمستقیم متغیرها، از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار pls4 بهره گرفته شد. با توجه به یافتهها، هنجار ذهنی وکنترل رفتار درکشده بر میل رفتاری کاربران در ارتقاء فعالیت بدنی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری میگذارد. بنابراین، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که نگرش به عنوان یک حس خوشایند در این مطالعه میل رفتاری زنان کمتوان جسمی را تقویت کرد. با ترکیب فضای مجازی و ردیابی فعالیتهای جسمانی، کاربران اپلیکشین استراوا توانستند در فضای چالشی و رقابتی علاوه بر نشان دادن تواناییهای خود مشوق خوبی برای دیگر زنان کمتوان جسمی باشند و نتایج روزانه خود را در اکانت خود منتشر کنند. در نتیجه، متولیان ورزش همگانی میتوانند با طراحی و پیاده سازی المانهای بازی وارسازی زنان کمتوان زیادی را به چرخه ورزش و ارتقای فعالیت ورزشی وارد کنند
