چکیده
امروزه مفهوم روستای هوشمند به عنوان راهبردی برای توسعه یکپارچه روستایی به صورت فزاینده مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در همین راستا، به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل جامع مبانی نظری ویژگی‌های روستای هوشمند، از روش مرور نظام‌مند بهره گرفته شد و پس از تعیین سؤال پژوهش، مقالات، کتاب‌ها، گزارش‌ها و اسناد مرتبط با مفاهیم کلیدی مانند «روستای هوشمند»، «روستای دیجیتال»، «توسعه همه-جانبه روستایی»، «فناوری‌های نوین» و «فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات» در روستا جستجو شدند که پس از انجام سه مرحله غربالگری در نهایت 53 مطالعه وارد تحلیل شدند. برای اعتباریابی کدهای استخراج‌شده از داده‌های پژوهش از دو روش کدگذاری مجدد و کدگذاری مستقل استفاده شد. مرور نظام‌مند منابع نشان داد عنصر کلیدی مدل روستای هوشمند، مشارکت جامعه است. هرچند روستای هوشمند به دنبال ایجاد مزایای اقتصادی برای ساکنان محلی است، اما تأکید اصلی بر بهبود حکمرانی از طریق شفافیت در فرایندهای اداری و توسعه اجتماعی از طریق مشارکت ساکنان در برنامه‌ریزی است. این رویکرد مشارکتی می‌تواند به نتایج اجتماعی مطلوب از جمله ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی، کاهش مهاجرت و افزایش تعاملات با نواحی هم‌جوار منجر شود. از نظر اقتصادی، روستای هوشمند می‌تواند رقابت‌پذیری را افزایش دهد، دسترسی مستقیم به بازارهای محلی را فراهم کند و درآمد ساکنان را بالا ببرد. علاوه بر این، این روستاها می‌توانند مزایای زیست‌محیطی مانند بهبود کارایی و استفاده بهینه از منابع و ترویج شیوه‌های کشاورزی پایدار را نیز ارائه دهند. با اولویت دادن به مشارکت جامعه و حکمرانی شفاف، روستای هوشمند نه تنها کیفیت زندگی ساکنان را بهبود می‌بخشد؛ بلکه به پایداری کلی مناطق روستایی نیز کمک می‌کنند.
