چکیده
والدین کودکان کم‏توان ذهنی به دلیل داشتن مشکلات فراوان در زمینه نگهداری، تربیت و آموزش آنها آمادگی بیشتری برای تعارضات زناشویی دارند و با توجه به این موضوع که این گونه والدین برای مقابله با مشکلات خانوادگی، نیازمند کمک می‏باشند، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تأثیر مشاوره زناشویی بر تعارضات زناشویی آنها انجام گرفت. مطالعه حاضر به شیوه نیمه آزمایشی با بهره گیری از طرح پیش آزمون ـ پس آزمون با گروه گواه انجام شده است. جامعه آماری آن والدین کودکان کم توان ذهنی مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره بهزیستی شهر زاهدان در اردیبهشت ماه 1389 بود که تعداد 30 زوج دارای کودک کم توان ذهنی به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه و در دو مرحله (قبل و 45 روز پس از اجرای برنامه مشاوره زناشویی) به وسیله آزمون تعارضات زناشویی براتی ـ ثنایی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. در ضمن داده‏ها از طریق آزمون T-test برای گروه های مستقل و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS17 مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها نشان داد والدین آموزش دیده در مقایسه با والدین آموزش ندیده از نظر تعارضات زناشویی و ابعاد هفتگانه آن در سطح مطلوب‏تری قرار دارند. در نتیجهاجرای کلاس‏های ویژه آموزش والدین کودک کم‏توان ذهنی در زمینه مقابله با مشکلات و ناسازگاری‏های روانی و زناشویی از طرف ارگان‏ها و سازمان‏های ذیربط ضروری می‏نماید.
